Twilight

I loved the movie...It was soo good!!! We sat in a movie theater filled with Twilight Fans. When Edward came on screen everyone yelled (some louder than others lol. When Edward and Bella Kissed for the first time we all made the ohoooo sound (again some louder than others!) and when something made us laugh everyone laughed (you get the picture some louder than others!) Now the book was GREAT we all know that...The movie was a very condensed version of the book so it was not as GREAT as the book but still they did a great job!!! I also heard that since Twilight did so good they were going to go ahead with New Moon...So next year this now 37, then to be 38 year old woman will be right there watching making all those noises with everyone else (me being lounder than others!!!)

Here is a few pictures of the group I went with...Needless to say we all had a GREAT time!

In this picture you have
Frankie, Susan,
Sage, Missy & Angel!

This was us standing in line before we got our seats!

Another picture of us in line...Dawn surprised us and showed up...

Belated Birthday

It was Susan's 15 Birthday on Sunday, November 9th...We also had our first SNOW...Because I'm so late in posting this I'm gonna give a little recap of our day...Susan woke up to her mother coming into her room and giving her a kiss and wishing her a Happy Birthday! Dad got up and made breakfast and then we all got ready for church. It was very cold that morning, we had lots of wind and some good clouds... At church Susan's friend gave her a cute card. After sacrament we went home cuz Dad stayed home (he was a little under the weather). Mom fixed Susan's favorite dinner (Green Chilie Burros, Potato's & a Green Salad). She then got to open her gifts...

1. A Gift Certificate & card from her grandparents
2. A big box of goodies from her Brothers (random things)
3. A Yellow I-Pod from mom & Dad
So we had fun opening gifts then we did a cheese cake and mom also made a peach cobbler. We ate both desserts...then we all watched a movie. A little while after the movie Nicholas went into the Sun room (around 8 at night) and yelled "Hey it's Snowing outside." Of course everyone came running to see. Susan said "And it's on my Birthday!" So it was a quiet day but we all enjoyed being with each other.

On Saturday mom took Susan, her brothers and her friend Sage to see High School Musical 3 and then we had Pizza and played at the Arcade. I can say that Susan had a great birthday (Cuz she told me). So I so should have posted this last weekend but, Better late than never!!!

Recipe Friday!

Dori & I got to talking about posting a new recipe every Friday on our blogs to share with everyone who reads them! If you want to join in that would be so FREAKING FUN! So here is my Recipe my kids love this it's fast easy (I do cheat a little) and I made it up my self...

My version of Chicken Alfredo
2 cans of Chicken (you can cook your chicken if you want)
1 box of Pasta (I use bow tie or cork screw)
2 jars of the Alfredo Sauce
( you can also add Broccoli, mushrooms or be creative)

Boil pasta, fry the chicken in separate pan (I add seasons like garlic and pepper). Drain Pasta, add chicken then sauce & any extras you might have to the pasta. Mix well then serve and enjoy...

Sad News

Please join me in remembering a great icon of the entertainment community. The Pillsbury Doughboy died yesterday of a yeast infection and trauma complications from repeated pokes in the belly. He was 71. Doughboy was buried in a lightly greased coffin. Dozens of celebrities turned out to pay their respects, including Mrs. Butterworth, Hungry Jack, the Raisins, Betty Crocker, the Hostess Twinkies, and Captain Crunch. The grave site was piled high with flours. Aunt Jemima delivered the eulogy and lovingly described Doughboy as a man who never knew how much he was kneaded. Doughboy rose quickly in show business, but his later life was filled with turnovers. He was not considered a very smart cookie, wasting much of his dough on half-baked schemes. Despite being a little flaky at times, he still was a crusty Old man and was considered a positive roll model for millions. Doughboy is survived by his wife Play Dough, three children: John Dough, Jane Dough and Dosey Dough, plus they had one in the oven. He is also survived by his elderly father, Pop Tart. The funeral was held at 3:50 for about 20 minutes.
